Frequently asked questions:
How does
the online shop work?
Add item/s you wish to purchase to your basket, this will open
your shopping basket in a new secure window. You can
continue to add more items to the basket by pressing continue
shopping. When you have completed your shopping click on
proceed to checkout within the basket and enter your address and
payment details on the following pages. Once you have made
your purchase/s you will be returned to the BiggRed site and you
will get an email with a invoice from PayPal.
Is
ordering online safe?
The payments are processed by PayPal, the internets leading
payment website. The PayPal checkout is a secure method of
sending payments online. PayPal protects your financial
information with industry-leading security and fraud prevention
systems. When you use PayPal, your financial information
is not shared with BiggRed.
Once your payment is complete, you will be emailed a receipt for
this transaction.
Do I
need a PayPal account?
A PayPal account is not necessary to buy items online.
If you do not have an account at the end of the process you will
be asked if you want to save your details in a new PayPal
account. This is entirely optional.
What
payment methods does the PayPal checkout accept?
The online checkout accepts all major credit and debit cards:
Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard, American Express, Mastercard,
Switch, Solo and Delta.
How are
postage and packaging costs worked out?
Large items are £6.90 and Small items are £1.95. The online
checkout will automatically calculate your p&p costs and give
discounts to multiple item purchases.
Can I
use the online checkout if Im outside the UK?
Not at the moment, please call or email us to discuss
postage costs. You can still pay by PayPal once the final cost
is agreed.
When
will I receive my goods?
All orders paid for before 11AM (weekdays) will be dispatched
the same day using First Class Royal Mail for kits and an
independent carrier for brake pads.
