All calipers are subjected to controlled Pyrolysis to ensure complete removal of previous coatings & internal debris. Pyrolysis is not only the most effective way to achieve a contaminant free casting but also the most environmentally friendly method.
 

All units are then blasted using a very fine medium which whilst cleaning thoroughly leaves the unit undamaged. This allows for a second visual inspection to ensure only flawless units are chosen for rebuild.

Now the units are free from all contamination and ready for the BiggRed coating or electroplating.

Pistons, Rubber parts & other components subject to wear are replaced with 100% new components equal or exceeding OE specification.

Finally every unit is Air/Hydraulically tested and stamped to ensure fault free performance.
