What Personal Information About Customers does Bigg Red gather?

This information is gathered from the forms used to 1) Request a parts quotation 2) Place an order on the online shop. You can choose not to provide certain information, and mandatory fields on forms are simply there so that we have, for example, your correct name, address and postcode.
We collect information about you for two reasons: firstly, to process your order and secondly, to provide you with the best possible service.

Email and Spam
Bigg Red will not send out spam, unsolicited emails, and our mailing list of customers who have indicated that they wish to receive newsletters is held on a secure multi password protected server so that no outside organisation can access this mailing list in an attempt to send spam mail. We deplore such spam mails and our assurance to those customers who have indicated that they would like to receive newsletters and special offers is that these are the only emails that they will receive from us, and that their email addresses will not be passed to any other organisation outside BiggRed.
