Payment and Delivery

All goods paid for in full before 3.30pm Monday to Friday will be dispatched on the same day.

Any orders placed after 3.30pm on Friday will be dispatched the following Monday

All components and calipers are dispatched via Royal Mail

Delivery Charges to Islands and Highlands (+£2.75) 

Warranty

Calipers

All calipers are covered by 12 months hydraulic warranty. Warranty will not cover labour, failure of a related component, failure resulting from faulty installation or misuse. Liability will not exceed the cost of the original component.

Caliper coatings are not covered by any guarantee.

Components

All parts are fully warranted against defects in materials and workmanship, for 12 months. Warranty will not cover labour, failure of a related component, failure resulting from faulty installation or misuse. Liability will not exceed the cost of the original component. 

Refund and Cancellation policy

All components can be returned within 28 days from date of purchase for a full product refund provided they are unused and undamaged.  This is a product only refund and excludes all postal charges.

All returns must include customer name, address and telephone number together with purchase date.

Once the product has arrived and been inspected refunds will normally be issued within 2/3 working days.

Customers are solely responsible for ensuring the goods arrive back in perfect condition and should use a trackable delivery service.
